TRAINING 2025

  • Junior Spring training starts on Friday 10/ Saturday 11/ Sunday 12 January and will continue until the weekend of Friday 28/ Saturday 29/ Sunday 30 March. There will be no training during half-term from Friday 14 February to Sunday 23 February.

  • Junior Summer training will start on Saturday 12 April and will continue until Saturday 19 July. There will be no training on the week of the Hackney Half Marathon (from Monday 12 May to Sunday 18 May) or on the first Saturday of half-term (Saturday 24 May).

  • Men’s indoor training will start on Sunday 12 January & Monday 13 January and will continue until Monday 31 March.

  • Men’s outdoor training will take place on Tuesdays (1st & 2nd XIs) and Wednesdays (3rd to 6th XIs) from 8 April.

  • Women’s indoor training will resume on Sunday 12 January and continue until Sunday 30 March.

  • Women’s outdoor training will run on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 April.
