TRAINING 2025

  • Junior Spring training starts on Friday 10/ Saturday 11/ Sunday 12 January and will continue until the weekend of Friday 28/ Saturday 29/ Sunday 30 March. There will be no training during half-term from Friday 14 February to Sunday 23 February.

  • Men’s indoor training will start on until Sunday 12 January & Monday 13 January and will continue until Sunday 30 March.

  • Men’s outdoor training will take place on Tuesdays (1st & 2nd XIs) and Wednesdays (3rd to 6th XIs) from mid-April .

  • Women’s indoor training will resume on Sunday 12 January and continue until Sunday 30 March.

  • Women’s outdoor training will run on Thursdays and Saturdays from mid-April.

New joiners should get in touch beforehand, rather than just turning up (as we need to maintain minimum coach-player ratios for each practice session). To contact us, please use the form on our contact page.
