On a sunny Saturday with minds on the cup final captain Scott Doody made a bold move and having won the toss asked spinner Zhwalpak Zazai to open the bowling alongside regular Gus Walsh.
While Walsh blasted them at one end Zazai whose first over had gone for 13, began his magic. Wickets falling in consecutive overs 3, 4 and 5. Walsh bowled 9 consecutive overs but Zazai was replaced by Zabehulah Mohammad who took a wicket in his first over and Irfan Mohmand collected one too before Zazai came back to clean up the tail.
