SNCC is recruiting for its senior teams!

Stoke Newington CC – London’s fastest-growing cricket club!

London’s fastest growing cricket club is looking for new additions to its senior squad.  Stoke Newington Cricket Club, formed in 1999, now fields four adult teams (as well as U21 & U19 sides and 14 junior teams!) so there’ll be plenty of cricket for everyone this summer, whether you’re looking to play high-level league cricket or recreational friendlies.

We play at the legendary Hackney Marshes which, as well as being the centre of Sunday League football, is quickly becoming East London’s cricketing home with a fantastic new pavilion ready for the start of the season and some of the best wickets in the city.  Our 1st and 2nd XIs play in Division 2 of the Middlesex Championship and our goal is to be promoted to the Middlesex County League within five years.  Our 3rds will be playing in the North East London Cricket League and have also applied to join the Middlesex 1987 League.

Indoor training for our senior squad takes place on Monday evenings from 7.15pm to 9pm at Bridge Academy (Laburnam St, E2 8BA).

If you’re interested in joining London’s fastest-growing cricket club, please email or call 1st XI captain, Joel Bayley (07772 941 192) or our seniors manager, Simon Hore (07765 244 333).
